Auto Star Mobile Valeting

The people who came to valet lacked professionalism, I send a photo of my dash that had chalk pen on it, and asked if it could be removed, I was assured it could be and payed an extra cost, and at first the people showed up to the wrong address, and then asked me to come to them, which I couldn’t do as I was working and asked them to preform their service in my works car park, and they are a ‘mobile’ service and I booked it due to been advertised it was local, and then one of them urinated in my works car park which is part of a shopping complex and there’s fast food restaurants around the area so people could see and my manager even witnessed it. I then was told it was complete and went down to find the drawings still on the dash, so I asked them if that could be removed as I was paying extra to get them off, it was the main reason I booked a valet, so they did however didn’t get it all off there was still marks, which is understandable however I felt I should be reimbursed for the fact they didn’t complete the job, and the lack of professionalism, I work in a corporate job so having people urinate in the car park is completely unacceptable and if I was to act in that manor in my profession I would be sacked. As a paying customer but also someone who works in delivering services I believe I should be reimbursed PART of the money, not all of the money but 25% to 50% as the service was stressful and unpleasant. I had also tried messaging the original member of staff who was in charge of organising my valet which has still not responded to my messages about a partial reimbursement but had responded about Akram (or the other person as there was 2 however I only had the name of 1 of them) urinating in my work car park.

Used Auto Star Car Valeting following our neighbour’s recommendation and we were not disappointed!

The young man who came to do full valet on two cars was lovely, so polite, obliging and extremely thorough!

One of the cars is used to transport twin babies and two Labradors so was a challenge! We could not believe how good it was when finished, it was excellent!!!

We certainly will be recommending this young man to family and friends!

Booked for an interior valet today and he did an amazing job, had several stains on the seats from the previous owner and he managed to get every single one of them out. My car was left sparkling and smelt amazing, he also gave me a new air freshener for my car which smelt amazing too. Definitely recommend him he cleaned every little area of the inside of my car my mats look brand new!

Auto star have done an absolutely great job. The car looks better than it did from the showroom! Superb valet inside, which included shampooing all seats, carpets, mats and boot. Then a spotless clean on the exterior and polish to finish it off. I will definitely be using them again. Regularly.

Fabulous service. I am driving all the time (hence messy car) and just have odd times I work at home. Home service was perfect way to fit a full valet into my day. Job was done thourghly, efficiently and with a smile. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic service only had the car a few weeks but he made it look better than when I got it from the garage! Got marks out of the seat the garage told me were stains and the outside looks amazing! 10/10 will be using again.

AMAZING!!! Just had 2 cars fully valeted, one was absolutely disgusting as the previous owner hadn't cleaned it in 11 years but now they're both gleaming inside and out and smell lovely, will definitely be using Auto Star again.

Nice guy, did a great job, spent two hours making my car look new again. Brought his own generator and water so was self sufficient. Competitive price and much better job than the mini vallet at the local car wash. Definitely worth a try..

The guy is great and polite brought his own supplies and clean my car as if it was new the service was great I recommend this a 100%.
