Mobile Car Valeting Group

Booked for exterior valet, website says £25 including hand polish. I was charged £35 and the only polish applied was sprayed on before final rinse. Asked if he wanted car open - said no. he said he was finished and I asked about door shuts. He said he couldn't as car was locked! I unlocked and he did them.

After he had gone I looked carefully and found fine swirling scratches in one corner.

I e-mailed the company on the 9th February with my complaints. It is now the 18th and they have not seen fit to respond.

After leaving the above review they quickly contacted me. They have now apologised, refunded my money and "'taken action' with the member of staff who came on site." I am therefore satisfied with the outcome.

Unfortunately I have to give one star because of the service I received maybe because it was New Year's Eve. I paid for full valet £55 but for some reason he did not even clean carpets or seats the main reason I got a valet was because I had water line marks on my seats and wanted them cleaned he spray my seats and wiped them and did not polish Crome / bumper. He got to mine 11:45 and was done by 12:30 I have complained about this And he is booked to come back but I payed for a full valet and he could not be bothered to do it right I had to go in my car and start wiping mud off places. (UPDATE) had full refund I’ve changed stars to five as I believe this was a one off

It took two of them to try and clean my car! It wasn't done very well to the fact that when they left I had to re-hoover the car, then clean the windows again and they didn't even clean the alloy wheels properly, leaving brake dust on them! They stated they where a bit behind schedule and to me the whole job was rushed! Will not be using them again! EVER!!

I've contacted to resolve the issue. All I can say is that it has been dealt with in a very professional manner. Thank you so much for understanding and rectifying this issue.

My choice was the full valet plus engine clean from 60 GBP.

He said he can't clean the alloy wheels because they not using acid. If I want to clean I have to go to carwash ?? ??. I think they are. ??

But I think if he want to clean just need a strong brush for cleaned them.

I use this company all the time now a chap from Latvia does my cars who works for the company he is absolutely outstanding everytime they look like they have just been prepped brand new and are ready to go in a showroom he is absolutely meticulous at his and is highly recommended.

Haven’t looked after my car very much and having a dog made the inside so much worse! The lady who came (didn’t get her name) was so lovely and professional, I’ve never actually seen my car this clean, inside or out since I purchased it 5 years ago, it looks brand new! The guy did a fantastic job, my car was filthy before and I was worried he was going to arrive then refuse to clean it but no hesitation just got stuck in. My 15 year old yaris now looks and smells brand new! Highly recommend, he also used his own water and power supply.
